    Teacher Education

Since 2006, ICS have provided the first systematic teacher training to over 100 kindergartens, primary schools, and other educational organizations in China, Macau, and Hong Kong. The workshops mainly take place in our Kowloon Tong campus, but our founders provide off-site training as well. Other than covering the theoretical foundations of the Montessori approach, there is a strong emphasis on observation skills and application. Teachers have a chance to practice their newly acquired skills and get immediate feedback from the instructor and peers.
