黃劭榮

黃劭榮,一名孩子的父親。當兒子出生時,四出尋找育兒資訊。有緣讀到蒙特梭利博士的著作,被深深吸引,並開始參加兒童無限家長課,及修讀美國蒙特梭利協會(AMS)的指導員執照。完成500小時實習後,毅然放棄大公司穩定的工作,投身幼兒教育,現為美國蒙特梭利協會(AMS)執照指導員,曾任教0至3歲蒙特梭利成長課程,現任九龍塘兒童無限學校三至六歲班及九龍灣中心三至六歲班蒙特梭利課程主任導師。除幼兒教育工作外,同時積極參與推廣蒙特梭利教育,參與不同的教師培訓工作,包括擔任蒙特梭利課程導師,美國蒙特梭利協會執照實習生指導員,並曾隨幼稚園海外考察團提供顧問服務。

蘇惠貞

醉心幼兒工作30載,現擔任兒童無限幼兒老師,也是元朗中心主管。 是緣,將多年在傳統幼稚園轉移到不一樣的學校。 是悟,將多年傳統教學觀念重新來一個大改觀。 深深體會到孩子在主動抑或在被動環境塑造下,產生兩種截然不同的孩子來。前者自主自發自學,凡事主動發現、探索、反思、動手做; 後者則由教師作主導,在指定的時間完成指定的工作,空間、思維、發展、潛能相對被抑壓。兩種孩子的學習動力和內裡滿足, 竟然在兒童無限啟發了自己~~孩子才是真正的老師。 2012年完成第一屆AMS國際蒙特梭利協會課程後,將所讀所學印證在孩子身上,不難發現孩子有高度的專注、秩序、協調及獨立能力; 作為老師又是媽媽的我,更期盼是家長及孩子的一度橋,使爸媽能作不一樣的父母,毋須給孩子贏在起跑線,反是赢取孩子心;繼而潛移默化影響至身邊爸媽、家人、朋友、同儕,甚至社區,讓更多人像自己一樣被喚醒,被蒙特梭利之生命教育深深吸引着。

Floreta Liu

Growing up in the United States, I have always had an unexplainable calling and desire to become a teacher. At that point, however, I never would have imagined myself as an early childhood educator. I have always thought my personality and skillset were more suitable to help adolescents. Therefore, I set out to prepare a career in secondary education in the US. After graduating from University of California, Berkeley, in 2009, I began teacher education while simultaneously working as a bilingual (English-Cantonese) teacher’s aide in public schools in California. However, after a few personal setbacks, I realize secondary education may not be a suitable pathway for me… yet I knew I wanted to remain in a role that will help children and students achieve their fullest potential in school and in life.

On a personal trip back to Hong Kong in 2011, I fatefully stumbled upon Infinity Montessori Academy. “Would you consider teaching in early childhood education?” was a question that became an important catalyst to my current personal and professional life. Since then, I have journeyed down a path towards finding best pedagogical and life practices for young children. After completing the American Montessori Society Early Childhood (3-6) Credential in 2013, I learn and develop every day through observations and interactions with children, parents, and my fellow directresses. Over the years, I serve as an English-speaking directress in IMA’s 3-6 classroom and HKMRDA parent and teacher education trainer. To further understand children’s needs in our school and beyond, I am currently studying a Master’s of Education in Special Education Needs, Giftedness, and Counseling in the Education University of Hong Kong. As I equip myself with more knowledge of and love for children, parents, and families, I hope to help nurture children into motivated, optimistic, and well-adjusted individuals with a love of themselves, others, and the world around them.

Patricia Tsang

Born in America and grew up in Hong Kong and Canada. I have a BA in Mathematics, a post-graduate diploma in Early Childhood Education, and is an AMS certified Casa Directress.  I have 7 years of teaching experience. I started my teaching career at different education centres, but shortly thereafter found and fell in love with the Montessori philosophy. A philosophy that allows children to feel more relaxed and comfortable in a prepared environment. It allows them to develop independency and the freedom of movement and choice. It also allows them to learn at their own pace, and in the ways that work best for them as individual. I then joined Infinity Montessori Academy in 2015.

Having been educated in both Hong Kong and Canada, I feel i have experienced a good mix of learning and developmental methodologies across different cultures. My desire is to continue to share that with Hong Kong, especially with young children, as I believe in the impactful years of childhood development.

岳天

來自中國大陸河北省,2012年至2016年完成學前教育專業的大學本科課程; 2016年赴香港大學繼續攻讀學前教育專業,2017年獲該專業碩士學位; 同年夏天,在香港兒童無限學校參加AMS Early Childhood Teacher Credential Course教師培育課程,于2017年完成課業和實習后順利畢業; 現任香港兒童無限學校三至六歲班普通話老師一職。 我初入幼教行業便接觸到了蒙特梭利,驚歎于它的包羅萬象而又精準細緻,它不僅涉及理論的探討、實踐的積累,更要求老師在身體和心靈上都作出適當改變或是整體調整,重新認識并思考宇宙、生命、人類,再落到教育,進入兒童的角度、發現兒童的需要,以兒童為師、向兒童學習、與兒童共同成長。

黃天鐸

以一級榮譽學士畢業於香港浸會大學,主修音樂教育。鋼琴演奏師從羅乃新女士。黃氏於2005年,曾獲得山東省世正杯鋼琴比賽第二及“海茲曼杯”全國鋼琴比賽金獎。於第十四屆香港-亞洲鋼琴公開比賽的蕭邦諧虐曲/敘事曲組獲得第三名。黃氏曾以獨奏身份於香港文化中心與香港浸會大學交響樂團合奏。現時,黃氏為青年音樂訓練基金擔任指揮,並從2013年開始在兒童無限學校教授音樂。黃氏相信蒙特梭利的教學理念,從具體到抽象。以具體的生活經驗當中提煉出音樂元素。預備音樂的環境,在重複的體驗當中,達至內化。在2017年,黃氏被邀請在香港亞洲蒙特梭利會議中擔任演講嘉賓,分享其音樂教學經驗。

鄧超

現任香港兒童無限學校藝術老師,四年從事蒙式美術教育經驗,擁美國蒙特梭利協會教師培訓師資格。自十五歲開始學習繪畫,先後在英國及香港取得美術教育碩士資格證,提倡孩子由生活激發靈感,自由創作的同時可以吸收到不同文化的藝術並藉此提高自己的生活學習技能。2017年組織香港亞洲蒙特梭利會議兒童藝術展,並多次組織兒童無限藝術展。教學繪畫時反對傳統照貓畫虎,提倡感受為先,創作在後,並根據孩子不同性格因材施教,讓孩子們在有限的時間裡盡情感受藝術的魅力。

兒童無限由劉詠思及邱振明於2006年創立,十多年來聯同一群一心為孩子學習的國際蒙特梭利老師,在華人社區推廣蒙特梭利教育,致力於家長教育、兒童培育、教師培育和幼兒研究,並創立香港蒙特梭利研究及發展學會,加強與國際蒙特梭利機構作學術交流。目前為香港唯一美國蒙特梭利協會(AMS)教師培育中心及全會員學校。我們的團隊共有16位AMS老師,共108年蒙特梭利學校經驗。
